Delete your Chainlight data
Chainlight has no accounts or passwords. If you used the online features, our server keeps a small anonymous profile: your game name, avatar, scores, invite code, friends and a copy of your game progress for moving to a new phone. Here is how to delete it.
In the app (instant)
- Open Chainlight and tap your avatar at the top of the home screen.
- Scroll down and tap Delete my online data, then Delete.
Your profile, name, avatar, invite code, friendships, leaderboard places, saved game, restore code and email fingerprint (if you had your code emailed) are removed from our server right away. Online features stay off on that device until you turn them back on.
By email
Email asif@dtm.io with the subject "Delete my Chainlight data" and your invite code (shown on your profile screen). We delete the profile within 30 days and reply to confirm.
What is deleted, and what is not
- Deleted: your online profile and everything listed above.
- Stays on your device: your game progress and settings. Uninstalling the app removes them.
- Kept by others: purchase records are kept by Google Play and RevenueCat as required for billing and tax. Cancel a subscription in your Google Play account.
