Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Datamart Inc. ("we") about the Chainlight game. By playing, you agree to them.
Playing
Chainlight is free to play. Free players get a number of levels and hints each day and may see ads. You may play on as many devices as you like for your own, non-commercial use.
Chainlight Plus
- Plus is a subscription sold through Google Play at the price shown in the app before you buy.
- It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in your Google Play account, at least 24 hours before it renews.
- A free trial, when offered, turns into a paid subscription at its end unless you cancel before then.
- Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy.
- Plus removes ads and daily limits and adds a crown and Plus-only avatars. We may add features over time.
Invites and rewards
Rewards for inviting friends (bonus levels, hints, Plus days and badges) have no cash value and cannot be transferred. A friend counts once they have played a few levels. We may change or end the program, and we may remove rewards gained through fake profiles or other abuse.
Names and conduct
Pick a name others can see without offense. We may change or remove names or profiles that are offensive, impersonate someone, or are used to cheat or harass.
The game as is
We work to keep Chainlight running and your progress safe, but the game is provided as is, without warranties. Online features may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. California law governs these terms, except where your local consumer law gives you stronger rights.
